Property Speculation

    I would like something in the constitution to say that people who don’t already live in Scotland can’t buy any property or land in Scotland during the transition period except as their sole place of residence.

    I don’t want to see property prices suddenly more than double, as I saw in North Essex in early 80’s when a new dual carriageway opened the area up to London commuters. Local people were totally priced out of the market.

    Please let’s take steps to prevent rampant property speculation happen here.

    I don’t know if this is the right place for this or it should be in Section VII. Please put it to wherever it should be.
