    4. Resistance to oppression is the consequence of human rights. There is oppression against the social body when only one of its members is oppressed. There is oppression against each member when the social body is oppressed.

    5. When the government violates the rights of the people, insurrection is, for the people and for every portion of the people, the most sacred of rights and the most indispensable of duties.

    6. A people always has the right to review, reform and change their Constitution. A generation can not subject future generations to its laws.

    Much of what you include is already embedded in the constitution. The way it is phrased does not fit in well with the document, and it is composed of value judgements rather than constitutional principles. But thanks for the contribution, and feel free to propose more amendments.
